At West End Baptist, we believe that each member of a local church functions as a crucial part of the body (1 Corinthians 12:12-31). We each have gifts to use for God’s glory, the advancement of his Kingdom and the good of one another. We believe being a part of a church isn’t about being a consumer, but a coworker for the gospel.

Our church has identified four areas that we believe our crucial for a healthy church. Each function is designated into Teams for people to serve. Each Team is overseen by one of our elders.
